Position Remote Account Associate
Responsibilities
  • Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-centric approach.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and match clients with suitable products.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and demonstrate dedication to success.
  • Collaborate within a supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • State Farm insurance experience
  • Remote work experience
  • Eagerness to learn and share the importance of insurance and financial products.
  • Property & Casualty License (must have).
  • Life & Health License (must have).
  • Preferred track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Compensation
  • $50,000-$100,000 per year, depending on sales success
  • Blend of salary and commission for high earnings potential.
Hours
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
